[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Bissell Pet vacuum. My last one did not have the cord rewind and I missed that feature terribly. The Turbo tool is Amazing at getting pet hair off my micro suede furniture!! The vacuum is not terribly noisy and low profile goes several inches under my couch! I also appreciate that this new model has a place on the vacuum to store all the tools! I'm very happy with Bissell's pet cleaning products overall!

The belt was useless after less than 3 months of light use and is not a part covered by the warranty so you have to buy a replacement and pay for shipping each time. I wish I didn't buy this vacuum.

Great for pet hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What we loved about this vacuum were how well the brushes on the end seem to brush up the pet hair (and my long hair) from the carpet so that more could be picked up than with our other vacuum. The retractable cord is a huge plus! It is also very easy to empty, the dirt and hair don't seem to get stuck up inside the container. I just wish the suction was a bit stronger, even though it may not need to be since the brushes kick the hairs up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The lightweight design makes it easier to handle. It swivels and has edge to edge cleaning. The on board tools are a little hard to get to, one fits inside the extension wand. It is not easy to add the extension wand that is very short and you bend down to use it. It is easy to empty the tank and clean the filter. A nice inexpensive vacuum.

Love the swivel aspect that makes it so much easier to get in corners and around furniture. Amazed (and disgusted) by how much it got out of my "clean" carpet....verified how little my old vacuum was actually doing.

We have an Aussie-doodle, who does not shed overly, and a tuxedo cat who actually does shed quite a bit. It is great, because it is light-weight and swivels, and the rewind feature is a great thing to have.
