[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product primary in my home. It is so lightweight that I can take it with me to other places. I live the way it swirls underneath my furniture and all the other low places to remove the pet hair and others debris. I have own plenty of vacuums but nothing like this. It is very powerful and get the job done. I with vacuum I now allow my pets to lay on the furniture because I now have something to get the hair off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have too many pets (2 dogs and 3 cats - all rescued). I knew I wasn't getting up all the fur . When I ran this vacuum less than a day after my old vacuum, I filled up the canister just in the family room! The swivel took some getting used to but now I can't imagine not having it. Especially for tight areas.

Terrible from top to bottom. I have two golden retrievers and have to take it apart to dig out the fur from the brushes (it stops turning) about every 4th time I use it. This last time, it started to smoke and the belt broke. The attachment for upholstery isn't belt drive so the brush turns with the vacuum suction. If you put any pressure on the fabric or carpet (doing stairs) it stops turning. Finally, when using the hose feature (like vacuuming out the car) the base is still running (and brushes turning). Not useful if you want to vacuum in the garage (sucking up everything on the garage floor). Truly regret buying this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this vacuum since our older Bissell decided to start smoking out of no where while vacuuming our home. I love the design of this one, and it weighs about the same as our old one. So far it has worked great for us, I just wish the retractable power chord was a little longer, though I do love that it is retractable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a king charles cavalier about 6 months ago and I did not prepare myself for the level of hair that be around my house! This vacuum takes care of that and all the mud she brings in on her little paws. The best part is the corner attachment and the extended pet hair attachment that takes the dirt from the corner edges up and the hair on my couches up.

Right after i vacummed with my Shark... SO happy I bought it! ... and the auto cord re-wind feature is awesome as well!

Overall a very good purchase. As above, I would prefer that all the attachments would fit somewhere on the vaccum for easier storage. Also, but awkward having the cord on the opposite side from the cord retract button.
