[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so great!! Not a small machine, I'm pretty short and it's kinda hard to maneuver but it picks up on ALL FLOORS perfectly! Wish it had a longer extension wand but I will definitely order one! Great for pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible design. After the first 4 uses the belt chamber was so clogged that the vacuum would no longer work and was making a loud noise. I took the bottom off and cleaned out the hair and put the belt back on. After about 4 more uses the belt literally began to burn and warp due to all the hair that got in again. I don't understand how you can fail on a design that bad and still sell the product. I'm actually confused by all the 5 stars on this vacuum. Would never recommend to anyone with dogs that shed a lot.

In less than one year the upright lock broke so now when you try to use the attachments the vacuum constantly falls. The hose keeps popping out from the bottom when try to vacuum floors and then the top section pops out too, b/c you try to pull the hose over to make sure the bottom one doesn't pop out, I guess in the process it twist hence the top pops out. It's a nuisance to vacuum!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this vacuum!!! I had a secondhand Bissell Rewind Pet and - even though this is just a newer model - the difference is AMAZING. The swivel makes it so much easier to maneuver! Maybe it's just me but it seems lighter AND quieter! It's even easier to clean than the older model. The cat's food doesn't scatter across the floor - even on linoleum - when I vacuum it up! Even the bristles that extend out past the sides of the vacuum are wonderful! I don't have to bend down to dig kitty food out from between the floor and the wall anymore! I cannot think of one thing that I don't like about it!! I even like the color scheme! I've been raving about this vacuum (what can I say? I love new household products!) and even have a friend looking to buy one now!
