[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaged very well and all you need to a screwdriver to assemble. Quick and easy assembly with a great modern looking vacuum. It is noisy but I love how powerful the suction is. We have two dogs, a cat and this machine picked up a ton of hair from one room! Easy to empty, literally two clicks and the hair is removed and doesn't seem to get stuck in the container. Even better that there's no bags. I find this machine to be better quality then my last and would definitely replace this one if anything were to happen to it!!

This vacuum is pretty middle of the road I think. Strong suction and good pick up but seems to have some interesting design quirks. The first time I vacuumed, I could see dust covering the actual head of the vacuum, meaning it must kind of be blowing the dust around a little bit. I also would suggest emptying the dust bin every time because my long hair tends to wind up curled around the middle filter, which I heard can cause a burning smell. Obviously this isn't a HEPA vacuum, so I expected that a little bit of dust on the outside of the vacuum but was still surprised to see so much. The shorter cord does not bother me. The upholstery tool works well. It seemed to do fine on linoleum floors. The one strange thing is that the brush roller spins when you use the tools. I feel like this would potentially really ruin carpet. I just try not to keep it in one place too long while I use the tools. I do not have a pet, so this seems like a fine vacuum to have for a few years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
