I have 2 dogs and this vacuum has no problem handling their sheddings. I love the turbo pet hair eraser tool. I've never had a vacuum with the swivel feature prior to this product and I'll never go back. This vacuum gets into tight/annoying spaces with ease thanks to the swivel feature. The canister is easy to empty and filter is easy to clean.

This vacuum never came close to even functioning like the reviews said!! First time ever buying a bissell and i will not be doing it again!! I can't believe i paid what i did and now i am stuck with it and it doesn't even work. I have had it for 6 months maybe!!!

I recently bought this vaccum after my other one died. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. I have 3 young kids and a long hair cat to clean up after. This vaccum does an amazing job going from room to room and from carpet to hardwood flooring!
