[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Clean View vacuum cleaner. I like the self winding cord and I especially like the way it cleans the carpet. I could not even push my last vacuum across my Berber carpet because it wouldn't adjust high enough but this vacuum sweeps it with ease.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the fact my house is surrounded by fields and we live on a dirt road. Ordered during the 2020 Covid19 pandemic. Was informed it would take up to 2 weeks to ship. I received the vacuum 5 days after ordering. Was easy to assemble and does exactly what it should.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it doesn't seem that the power head can be shut off when using just the hose and wand.

I have been through FOUR Bissell Crosswaves and now this Pet Vaccum in less than 2 years. All start out fine, then just stop working. I clean the filters, brushes, tanks, etc. EXACTLY as suggested. With the Crosswaves, they would just immediately shut off then cease to restart. With the Pet Pro, the vacuum started making a funny sound and no longer had any suction--just scattered the dog hair and debris in front of it. Only worked for about one month. Again--EVERY cleanable part cleaned before, during and after use. I am DONE with Bissell. These products are not designed to last--AT ALL. Should be marketed as "disposable" encase I've disposed FIVE machine now. DONE!!!!! BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had issues with the last two vacuums I have owned and was pleasantly surprised by this machine. It is super easy to use and the little extras like swivel head and retractable cord make it a joy. It has great suction and I love that it doesn't weigh a ton. Nice vacuum. I would love to win this sweepstakes! I could use some extra cash.
