[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a new vaccum as my old bissell died after 14 years. I have had several cats in my home this year for various reasons that all shed. Between 3 females that shed, a toddler and a long hair main coon mix my area rugs were disgusting. I have an area rug in my room that is white but had so much fur it was black. This vacuum removed everything. My rugs look brand new. Each area rug took me emptying the container at least 2x. I'm very embarrassed to admit anything here which I hope proves that I'm not a fake reviewer. I read review after review and decided this vacuum was the best for my needs. I'm sure some consumers were disappointed but this mommy is not.

Poor design leads to belt issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this vacuum so I wouldn't have to keep replacing bags. Now I find myself constantly replacing belts. Works great until hair gets clogged around the belt and then it breaks. Poor design pulls hair into the belt area with nowhere for it to go. You have to unscrew and remove the bottom plate to see if there's hair build up...or wait until you get the burning smell and know it's time to replace another belt. What a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how much cat hair this vacuum picked up on the first run after receiving it! It is a little heavy to push around but the swivel feature helps a lot! The only feature I find cumberson to use is the Pet Hair TurboEraser Tool. I find it very hard to clean under my queen size bed because the hose does not reach very far unless I lay on my belly to reach out. There is no video that shows how to easily clean under your bed. Other than that, it's a great pet hair removal vacuum!

I just received my CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet vacuum. It was super easy to assemble. I consider it lightweight (for as powerful a vacuum it is!). I LOVE the super long cord that retracts.....so great to not have to "wrap it up" after vacuuming. Emptying the canister was simple. The thing I love the best is the powerful suction! I could not believe how much pet hair it picked up! I love my dog but he sheds like you wouldn't believe. This vacuum got so much more than my previous vacuum....a Dyson (granted an older Dyson). The Turbo Eraser tool is great for the stairs.....made the job much easier. And on top of how great this vacuum is, I love the fact that Bissell is a company that supports animal rescue!
