It adapts well at area rug/bare floor boundaries and the edge cleaning is great! The no filter dust bin is very easy to empty and the foam dust filters are easy to find nd clean out. The tools it came with are useful and easy to find, use and replace. I would buy this machine again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great vac. would recommend it for suction power. All though, we don't like the fact that you can't turn off the beater brush. Also it would be great if the flexible hose was a bit longer . It wants to tip over when you are reaching behind furniture. That was why I only gave it 4 stars. But other than that. it's great. Also the fact that you folks help shelter animals is a HUGE plus for me....thanks so much for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum. Suction is great. Picks up a lot of hair. We have two cats and one dog, so there is a lot of hair. I love the fact that the cord retracts into the vacuum. This is nice and very convenient, especially when I have to carry it upstairs. The one thing I am disappointed about is the fact that there is no wand handle for the extension. So it makes it very difficult to hand vacuum areas such as the stairs or fans or areas that the vacuum can't reach. I need stability when trying to vacuum up things using the extension and you put the tool on the end of the tube and that's it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had it a couple of weeks now and so far it is a great vacuum. the suction seems to be consistently strong with no loss even when full. the swivel head is convenient and makes movement easy. i do seem to have to give the pet hair a couple of passes for it to come out of the day rugs. the placement of the accessories isn't great. i don't like that the narrow nozzle cannot be placed anywhere if you are using the want extender. love the cord rewinder.
