Cons:This vacuum is VERY unwieldy due to it's size and weight, and the attachment want is not long enough for many places that I like to vacuum. I will be sending this one back for a refund.

The attachments are also easy to attach and remove. The power of the machine is noticeable and the amount of hair it removes from carpet is remarkable. It's light enough to carry up and down steps. We like it so well this is our second one.

Literally the worst vacuum piece of junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is terrible. Constantly gets jammed and starts smoking from vacuuming literally two bedrooms. The vacuum belt has broken numerous times. Sick and tired of taking this thing apart to unjam it and replace the belts. If you want a piece of junk that constantly breaks down, this vacuum is for you! I, on the other hand, would never buy this again. The only thing that this vacuum gives is problems over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
