[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased 2 of these in the past two years. Each time they begin to fails with the canister cracking. If you order a new cannister, it's not long bfore the vacuum itself breaks into at the swivel neck just above the base, at the bottom of the upright piece. this is the second time that both of the sweepers I have owne have had BOTH of these problems. Time to move on to another manufacturer. I can't afford a new sweeper every year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum. It has very strong suction power on all levels of the floor suction as well as strong power from the tools. I used the namesake spin brush to clean my couches and it swept and sucked the hair away. It sucks up pet hair better than my regular Bissell and the tools seem to have a more powerful suction. I like that you can change the levels of height and how easily it swivels back and forth for quick and efficient cleaning. One of my favorite perks is the automatic cord retractor. It goes very quickly and doesn't get stuck at all. Helps make vacuuming less stressfull.

Powerful Budget Machine

This is really a great budget machine. It cleans just as well as higher end machines for a low price. Only downside is cheap construction like the cheap plastic handle and no removable post motor filter. Also not good for stairs as it has a short hose and not enough power to spin the turbo tool effectively. However just for carpeted floors, it's a winner.
