[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean up after my three cats. It was easy to put together and lightweight. There were times it was a little hard to push, but the results were impressive. I was really happy with how much hair it picked up from one area rug. The funniest part is, I chose to test it away from the cats since they were fairly happy chilling out at the time. My Maine Coon is terrified of vacuums but she came in to explore what the new noise was and wasn't afraid. So that is a win too. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love bissell products all of them but this one is by far the best and my personal favorite. Its quick and easy to use . I love the retractable cord. Comes in handy like crazy. I love the color of the vacuum. Super beautiful. It's perfect for carpet but it even works good on hardwood floors . It seems like it completely gets up all the dirt out of my carpets . The fast it swivels makes it so easy to get around the furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning this for 3 months I have had 2 belts broken and am on the 3rd belt. I have 2 dogs and It needs to be cleaned out constantly. I bought this vacuum because I previously owned the bissell pet hair eraser for 5 years. It rarely needed to be cleaned out and the belt broke once. I loved that model. I am extremely disappointed with the new model. It has serious flaws and I regret not returning it within the 30 day trial period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
