Jams with Pet Hair Constantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you own a pet that sheds at all and plan on using this on carpet, DO NOT BUY. What happens is the hair gradually builds up in between the belt and the brush roller until the belt jams, the brushes stop moving, and it actually starts SMOKING. I'm on the verge of stripping the screws to the undercarriage, I've taken this thing apart so many times to clear it. This literally started happening on the third use. What a terrible design flaw and an AWFUL product for what it's supposed to do: HANDLE DOG HAIR.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the ease of use with my new Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Rewind vacuum. I bought an extremely expensive Miele last time and it is about on its last leg after 8 years. There are some features that I really enjoy on this vacuum such as the retractable power cord, the removable dirt canister, and lightweight design. This vacuum is a joy to push in comparison to my heavier Miele. It maneuvers easily and picks up a lot of dirt as you can tell from one of the photo's I uploaded. It works great on my hardwood floors as well as my carpeted areas. While this vacuum works great, there are a few things I would change on it. The handheld Pet Turbo Eraser tool does not work well for me for some reason. No matter what fabric or surface I put it on the brushes stop running as soon as it touches the surface of what I am trying to vacuum. The brushes on the actual vacuum do not have that problem, they work great and run constantly to pick up dirt, pet hair, and even sand. I would also like the hose for the pet tools to be either a little longer or a little more flexible. This is a great little vacuum cleaner that will not break the bank and will get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs (a Siberian Husky and a German Shepherd). Fur is always an issue. I have had the CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Vacuum cleaner for less than a month but so far, so good. Even though I have mostly hardwood floors, some rooms are carpeted and I appreciate that the vacuum does not pull or grab onto the carpet. The accessories also work very well.

Love this Vacuum! I researched a lot of vacuums and was hopeful that I picked the right one. It appears I did! I was pleasanlty surprised at how much it picked up. I have four cats and it got the job done.
