Love my new vacuum cleaner

I started using the vacuum instead of a broom on my tile and laminate floors, besides using it on the carpets and area rugs. It has such good suction, is easy to empty and moves into all corners and along walls very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum to help get the dirt and pet hair from our dog and two cats. We previously were using an in-house electrolux system that we thought was doing a good job, but apparently it was only removing the mess on the surface of the carpet. I vacuumed a 5 by 5 area of carpet with my new bissell vacuum and WOW- it got ALL the pet hair and dirt from within the carpet - so much that it surpassed the fill line from that small area. I am so impressed with this vacuum and HIGHLY recommend it! The additional tools and cord retraction button are very handy too! My only small issue with the vacuum is that the turbo pet hair removing tool is made out of a silicon or rubbery material, so the brush stops spinning when pressed to closely on a surface and doesn't pull the hair into the tool. You just have to make sure to press lightly, and maybe in the future, they can use a harder plastic or a normal brush head. Even with this minor detail, I still greatly recommend this product!!
