[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great ! Picks up all the dog/cat hair and we love the way it swivels around the living room. The cord was always a hassle on our last vacuum, so the rewind feature for this Bissell vacuum was a very nice touch. The cannister is very easy to clean and the brush roll doesn't have much of a "hair-wrap" problem. This is the only vacuum we will use in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is handling my Akita's shedding wonderfully. The tools are easy to use and the hose and vacuum head have good suction. The stair tool stops rolling though, have not gotten the hang of that yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CleanView Swivel Rewind vacuum is really nice. There are many things I like about it and only a couple of things that I don't. I was not aware of this product prior to this program. I like that it has a retractable cord, large dirt container, that it can be used as a hand-held with attachments, that it has a washable filter, that it maneuvers well, and I like the attachments themselves. Prior to testing this I had been using a cordless lift-away vacuum. It's really nice to have a cordless machine. But, if I was going to have something with a cord, this vacuum is nice. There is no wrapping it up, you press a button and it sucks the cord back in. Another thing I like about this machine is that it can be used as a hand held. When you have pets, it's not just the floors that get dirty. Having a 2-in-1 machine that functions as a hand-held is really nice. This machine despite being large maneuver well. The attachments work great and all have their intended purposes that they work well for. I like that I can wash the filter instead of having to buy a new one all the time. Most importantly I love how powerful this vacuum cleaner is. I'm not constantly running over the same piece of debris trying to pick it up. It definitely gets things clean the first time. There are only a couple things that I didn't love about this vacuum. It's on the heavy side for me and its much louder than my cordless vacuum. Neither of which are deal breakers, they are more like minor inconveniences. The only other thing I noticed that I didn't love was that when using on hard floors sometimes it would shoot debris back at my feet. Could be user error though. Lastly, it came without a user manual or any other information. I had to look up the manual but it would've been nice to have a hard copy. All in all this is a really nice vacuum cleaner. It works well, has great suction, useful attachments, manures well, and is extremely convenient to own. I would absolutely purchase and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my purchase! We have 4 dogs and 1 cat and were without a vacuum for 2 months. This vacuum powered through and got seemingly all of the pet hair up. We have wood, tile, low rugs and shaggy rugs so I use all 5 of the height settings which are great! I wish the hose had an extension, that's my only complaint. I am overall very happy with my purchase.

As far as what to change the swivel is useless with no way to control the flopping side to side. It is also built out of very light brittle plastic. Other then that it is a great vacuum with a decent a mount of suction...
