[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite satisfied with its performance. I like the added features that my old, outdated vacuum didn't have. But... there is one major design flaw that I absolutely hate... and that is that you can not turn-off the floor roller while you are using the attachments hose. What were they thinking?! It just keeps spinning, and spinning on the floor surface while you are using your attachments... not good when you are working in a carpeted or rug area... all that constant rolling in one area can damage a thin floor covering... I saw an example of that while I was researching this purchase. I went ahead with it though... because the style of rug that I have in my living room is pretty durable. This would be most dangerous for antique oriental rugs though!

Bought the first one about 2yrs ago but didn't open the box until few months ago when our old vacuum finally went out. Only got to used it twice and it started to burn inside. My husband bought the 2nd one last week not realizing it was the same vacuum he bought two years ago and the same thing happened. Firs time I used it, it worked perfectly fine. Today my son used it for the 2nd time, and it started smoking inside again. I didn't know it was the same brand until I looked at the old one since it still garage and boom same exact vacuum
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

But it was actually easy to pick up. It was very easy to assemble. When I turned on the vacuum it sounds like every other vacuum. I like the way this vacuum swivels. It's easy for me to get into certain spots. I definitely recommend this product.

The vacuum easily picked up the hair and the dirt in the carpet. It's a simple process to empty the vacuum and does not get bogged down with the pet hair. Easy to maneuver and manipulate to what is needed for your house, well worth the money if you have pets.
