Absolutely love this vacuum. I have had a Bissell vacuum for the past 15 years and it finally got to the point where it couldn't handle the dog fur. I have the Pet Eraser handheld that I absolutely love for use in the vehicles and dog beds, so I decided to give this one a try. LOVE IT! It picks up so much fur that my german shepherd and 2 cats leave behind, and with the swivel, it is so much easier to push. No more bruises on my thigh from pushing a vacuum cleaner forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new vacuum for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying the features. Our old vacuum just wasn't cutting it any more. We have two kids and a dog, so it's safe to say we have a lot of messes! The floor settings are a little different on this model compared to our last, so I'm still playing around with those. But overall it has great suction, the canisters are easy to empty and so far there isn't any hair caught up in the roller! I haven't had a chance to use the attachments yet, I may update if I find any problems with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this vacuum. Bought the turbo pet eraser and returned it. 3 tools and only spots to store two of them AND there wasn't an extension wand. The CleanView has it all AND has a cord rewind. Awesome product. Cleans up dog hair as well as the turbo pet eraser and is $130 less. Ordered direct from Bissell. Wonderful experience.

A young lady stayed on the phone walking me thru the process until I was certain I had it right. In my initial use of the vacuum in my 'great room', I had to empty the large container twice--there was so much cat hair on all surfaces!
