[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this vacuum a lot. It has great suction and the edge to edge cleaning is great. My only complaint is the attachments. The pet hair eraser doesn't work good on a plush sofa, it stops spinning no matter how little I press down. I wish the extension wand had an extra piece but it only has the 1 tube and whatever you attach to it so if you're trying to reach under furniture, you have to bend down. I wish it had a better accessory piece to clean sofas, none of the ones it comes with are really cut out for it. The way the triangle corner cleaner works is kind of awkward the way it suctions. The crevice and regular rectangular pieces have always worked just fine for corners..... and everything else. Other than the attachments, I'm happy with the vacuum.

I LOVE this vacuum! It doesn't blow the dog hair around. It sucks it right up, my floors have never been cleaner. I LOVE that the cord retracts into the vacuum. I strongly recommend this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vaccum is the worst I have ever had in my life. I was not able to clean even one room, and the vaccum stopped working. I had to unscrew the whole bottom in the middle of cleaning. It has 6 screws, and I have to clean all the hair in the brush, and under the belt. Once I resumed my cleaning, the belt broke. It is garbage, nothing more and nothing less. I highly prevent anyone from buying this vaccum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
