I really enjoy these units and they make a great addition to all my other Bissell units. I like how versatile each individual piece is. I have modified a few of the things by adding Velcro to keep track of my attachments LOL but other than that still 5 stars.

Wheels don't seem very smooth, head continues to run when using hand attachments, the wand attachments fasten very precariously and often fall off. Works well for a quick cleaning but I'd rather use my Shark for heavy duty cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
