I so wanted to like bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried over the years to like bissell due to the fact they claim they are targeted for pets. I have found after purchasing many different models. That statement isn't true. When emptying the dust tank on any of the models I tried. The hair would hang up in the too. Causing me to have to reach in and clear by hand. It has to be washed out every other vacuum to clear hair that gets caught around the filter and that in itself is a pain. Just make one want to buy a bag vacuum. The suction on wood floors is week and the wants are to shot and anyone that has pets. We depend on the wands. I really tried to like bissell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT vacuum. It is SO lightweight yet powerful. Love the way that it swivels to get into places with ease. I found that when my dogs were shedding their winter coat, i needed something that would keep up with all of us. The easy cleaning filter is a plus. I see this as a long term vacuum. the pet attachments were just okay, maybe not as great on my coach surfaces but i think the regular ones work better. the handvac is great for stairs and cars. I almost find myself keeping it in my car to use when needed. People at red lights must think im weird ha!
