[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this vacuum mainly on hardwood surfaces and it does the job. The swivel head makes it easy to manoeuvre and the retractable cord is great. The only downside so far is that it is very loud.

Literally. I need a vaccum that does a good job, and this does it. I may have accidently sucked up a Lego and a penny lol no problem for this. At all. It just kept on going. Its easy to use. Its light. It has the cord rewind! Its easy to empty ajd,it sucks up SO MUCH HAIR. It goes seamlessly from carpet to tile and its quick to adjust the height if you need to. All the attachements it comes with make cleaning from the top of our home down to the floors easy and quick! What could be better! This is an amazing product and the price is perfect. In my opinion its worth much more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner does well on both carpet and hardwood floors/tiles. Easy to clean. Easy to use in a room as it has a long cord. However, it is big, so may be hard to find a place to store it.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone with pets. There is no negatives about this vacuum I have found so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far better then the previous vacuum cleaner I had That I paid over $300 for new . This Bissell Cleanview Swivel Rewind vacuum has great power and real does a deep clean of my carpets (I really didn't realize how much our dog Ruffus she's he's a short haired dog ) until I could see how much this vacuum picked up versus the Electrolux It is lightweight , and swivels around furniture with easy and the Turbo Eraser is great on the furniture . I was given this a test product but I would pay for it if they asked . I didn't even know about the Swivel Pet rewind vacuum by Bissell until I was given this opportunity , and I'm so happy I was and also with the results it achieves .

I bought this vacuum almost a yr ago. loved it! The other day I was using it and the beater bar stopped turning, then I started to smell that belt smell. I thought I had accidently missed a piece of a dog toy that stopped it up so I unplugged it turned it over and removed the cover. There was no blockage but the beater bar had crumbled apart. I've never seen anything like this. I've contacted customer service so..... to be continued. I hope they send me a new improved beater bar, we'll see!
