My only issue was the extender wand was very short, so I purchased 2 additional extensions and now it seems to be an adequate length to clean with, I use the extender a lot and so I needed the length. It picks up well on hardwood floors, doesn't scatter the cat food or litter so that is nice. First time using seemed to pick up a lot of dust and dirt that I don't feel my old vacuum cleaner did. #sweepstakes

Love the machine but missing owners manual warranty etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love it. I have had a Dyson and then a Shark. Both were ok but not worth the money spent. The one drawback is I did not receive a owners manual!!!! Nor paperwork to fill out for the warranty. I now wonder if I was sent a returned or refurbished vacuum. The vacuum warrants 5 stars but without the manual, instructions etc it gets a 3 star rating.
