[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using facial ice rollers for years now and I thought I’d try to get the same benefits on my body and this ice ball has been amazing! It can be used either cold or at room temperature but either way the massage is so soothing. It’s a great size so you’re able to get all areas easily and the mounting feature is so helpful for your back and neck! I really feel like it’s helping with my tension and inflammation and I plan on getting some as gifts for others!

I have had shoulder and neck pain for longer than I care to remember and while this isn’t a solution it is great for some pain relief. With the suction feature it helps be get the harder to reach spots easily to which I and throughly impressed with! Definitely worth a purchase to help heart discomfort.

Great ice ball roller!

I just wish it had a bigger handle instead of the wall mount. That’d be more useful for me. Great item still though. Thanks to Influenster for the item in exchange for my review :)
