Easy to set up and convenient

I'm a 37 year old veteran with major back issues, and I CONSISTENTLY have issues in my trapezius, erector spinae, and rhomboids muscles. Usually knots or inflammation, regardless of water intake and regular stretching. This ball has made life so much easier. From unboxing to usage takes a minute (the longest part was figuring out where I want to mount it), and it has been a major help these last few days in working out the knots. You do have the ability to freeze the actual ball if you want that exhilarating chill, but I don't care about that personally. Mounting is easy, and there's a cover so you don't have to worry about the ball getting dirty. This is a simple, yet effective way to look like a bear against a tree in your own home, and you're living life wrong if you don't purchase this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massage ice ball roller is great to have what I love the most is your hands don't freeze like when you use ice packs. Also love that you can mount it so easy to store. Great for icing a sore part of your body after a workout. Or sore neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ice ball massage roller! It works amazingly and feels so wonderful! I love the fact that you can use it at room temperature or you can freeze it for a couple of hours, either way, it feels so good. The best part is you can mount this to the wall and just move your body over the roller and it will massage. So, you can massage all areas on your own without help from anyone else. This is useful when you are sore and no one is around. There are multiple uses for this product and they all work and feel so great! I would highly recommend it to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper Image sure is great with coming up with unique products that serve unique needs. I was really happy to get this Massage Ice Ball Roller because I’ve been having problems with foot pain and have needed to ice my foot. I’ve been told to roll a frozen ice bottle on the arch of my foot, but when I roll it on the floor, the bottle slips. When I roll it by hand, my hand gets cold. This product works perfectly. The plastic holder fits perfectly in my hand, and keeps my hand from contacting the frozen ball. The metal ball rolls easily, and I’m able to really get the cold and massage in all of the most affected parts of my foot. And as an added bonus, it’s got a suction wall mount that makes it so you can use the ice roller on your back or other hard to reach body areas. I really like this product a lot and would definitely recommend it to others!

missing part, immediately broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this arrived with a key part missing and was thus broken; the roller ball wouldnt stay in the holder at all. the ball is nice and cold but not worth it given the poor quality of this, just use an ice pack or something

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massage ball feels very good to massage any areas that are in pain. I love that the ball itself is very cool on the skin. You can also put it in the freezer to make it more cold! I also love that it comes with a suction mount that you can actually stick to your wall! The mount is easy to take off in case you would like to use the massager ball itself. It's a pretty big size also!
