Won't Hold Ice After 24 Hrs!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this cooler is terrible! First time camping and after 24 hrs, the ice was gone, nothing but cool water. When I got home, I tried it again. Filled with ice and cold beer. Didn't open it for 24 hrs and sure enough - water again. I paid a good price for this after looking at it's features, but it is useless to me now. Will be going in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry to hear your cooler did not retain ice as expected. For optimal ice retention, we recommend pre-chilling your cooler and its contents, as well as using large blocks of ice or frozen water bottles!

bought this a month ago and my husband uses it for work. He says it wont even hold ice for 24 hrs ! Not worth the 100. I paid very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
