Solid, Basic, & Useful Cast Iron Grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the grill for grilled sandwiches for lunch, scrambled and fried eggs for breakfast, and grilled vegetables for dinner.
The grill heats up quickly, and the heat is evenly distributed. Everything I have cooked has been prepared faster than in a conventional skillet on a stovetop.
It has the nice feature of having a grease drip hole with a detachable cup below (which is easy to clean.)
While this is a nice feature, the cooking surface needs to be slightly sloped instead of entirely flat. Therefore, when cooking "liquid foods" such as eggs, you must be careful not to let the food roll into the drip cup.
This is a solid, well-constructed cast iron electric grill. It is now a replacement for many dishes I used to make in a frying pan. The cast iron pan is removed quickly. Iron, in and of itself, is not the easiest to clean, making this a bit of a laborious task.

Cast Iron Cooktop Makes Incredibly Tasty Foods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really getting into cooking with this cast iron electric cooktop. Being able to dial in the exact temperature setting allows foods to brown perfectly & meats to stay juicy. Even though the cast iron cooktop comes pre seasoned, I would recommend following the instructions for oiling & baking in another layer of seasoning prior to the first use. Definitely scape off any excess grease and food into the drip cup while the top is still hot. I tend to put the still warm cooktop in my sink & run really hot water over it while using a heavy nylon bristle brush to scrub it, then immediately dry & lightly oil the cooking surface. Have cooked smash burgers, steak, chicken, and sandwiches so far and can’t wait to try making different breakfast foods. Overall this is a really cool kitchen appliance and once you get used to the care the cast iron requires it really is easy to use & makes fantastic tasting food. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed.

Grill gives food so much flavor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time for me cooking on a cast iron grill and I can't believe how good food tastes on it. I seasoned the grill really good and the first thing I made were pancakes and sausage patties. They came out so good and had the perfect crispyness on the outside. My scrambled eggs cooked perfectly and didn't stick at all. For dinner, we had to try cooking burgers on the grill and it did not disappoint! My husband said he only wants his burgers cooked on cast iron for now on. They had so much flavor and were so juicy. I really like that the grill has edges, it makes it such much easier to flip the food. Cleaning it is so easy since it's detaches. I am really pleased with this indoor grill and I definitely recommend others to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using out new Hamilton Beach Professional Cast Iron Electric Grill quite a bit over the last few weeks and we have really enjoyed it. It is easy to use and can be used for a ton of different things. It heats up fairly quickly and evenly. It is pretty easy to keep clean. The cord is a little shorter than I would prefer but besides that we are really happy so far.

A grill that will get you out of trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love its very heavy and resistant iron grindle, it heats up and lasts with the same temperature for a long time, perfect for making your breakfasts, meals. The food does not stick your hotcakes will be amazing you can put it in the place you like the most to cook its design is very practical easy to clean its base is very light and versatile you can use it to cook daily and its iron will not be damaged it is very practical and very resistant it has different temperature levels that you can adjust to your taste it is incredibly fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Hamilton Beach Professional Cast Iron Electric Grill with a Removable Cooktop. The large size makes it easy to cook an entire meal. The cast iron cook top is preseasoned and the food doesn’t stick. The temperature can be adjusted from warm to 450 degrees. I use it daily. There is a drip tray for draining the grease. The cook top is removable for easy cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to use! The directions are very helpful with temperature guidelines for different dishes, but it is pretty simple. The knobs respond well when adjusting to higher or lower settings. I have always avoided griddles because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of cleaning. Fortunately, this was pretty easy. The grill is removable to easy clean up. Food doesn't stick too much (as long as you prep the surface). I've done breakfast (eggs and bacon) while also making hamburgers and chops for dinner.

Temps range from warm to 450 degrees. You can use plastic, wood or metal utensils to cook with. It has a removable easy to clean drip tray to collect grease and extra oils.
