Cast Iron is The Best

You can't beak cast iron as a cooking surface. No coating chipping off and it really holds its temperature steady. Cooking at 450 degrees is great for searing the meat, makes for a great taste
Yeah, the griddle is a bit heavy but that screams quality cooking experience.
I am done with coated-surface griddles. I would rather eat only what I cook without any specs of the surface in my food.

Love the quality; the thoughtful, practical functionality. Specifically that the cooktop is cast iron with handles and that the most essential elements, including the cast iron cooktop are all removable and washable.
