Better Than Expected

Love this griddle! High-quality. Well-made. The cast-iron was vacuumed-sealed. Just follow the instructions to season it for the first time. The more I used it, the more non-stick it became. It’s awesome now! This one is truly a win-win. Should’ve bought it sooner!

Cast iron goodness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cast iron electric grill is perfect for nights that I want to make a good, quick and easy hamburger or grilled cheese sandwich. The cast iron griddle is super heavy but also super durable. I do find the heating is a tad uneven but it still cooks well if I don’t load the grill completely. Heating takes a little longer if you’ve never used cast iron before but it does make a difference in the way it cooks. Don’t use soap when cleaning, just some water to clean it and you’re good to go. I keep my grill seasoned and ready to go for the next time! A great electric grill to have in the kitchen!

Hamilton Beach professional cast iron griddle, My first time using this was making pancakes, and my first time using a cast iron griddle. I loved the natural stick-free, PFAS free cooking experience. The pancakes cooked evenly and fluffy. The cook surface is a little smaller than my other griddle (thus the 4-stars), but it’s worth it for the PFAS free cooking experience surface.
