Perfect for me

Downsizing from Duo (carafe & kcup) to just the kcup flex model 49901. One outstanding feature for me is it does up to 14oz size. Makes a hot and flavorful cup of coffee. I put on bold setting. Thank you for starting my day off right.

Don't Make the Same Mistake

Buying this coffee 'maker' was a mistake. Here's my experience. The probe that goes into the k-cup to dispense the hot water clogs every third cup, approximately. That obviously wastes the k-cup. It leaks water all over the counter top. The k-cup is over heated making the coffee bitter, with a plastic taste. The kitchen also has a lingering melted plastic odor.
This unit will be replaced with something from a different manufacturer.

Keurig who?

I was having a hard time with this water machine that had a built in keurig. I have ground coffee/ expresso and the extra parts you need to buy for non k cup coffee wasn't working. It kept leaking and overflowing. It was annoying. And who knew a non keurig machine was going to make my life easier. I'm happy to say the least.

Much better than the Keurigs we've had. They failed often. this is our second Flexbrew. We put the first one in our guest room. Very pleased!!
