[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex brew is a wonderful coffee maker. The height and width are perfect for a counter. Love the reservoir water bin saves time refilling. The bold button is my favorite. Its eye appealing and makes great coffee. We like the ability to use non pods also. Does not take too much space. My only fault is when you push down on the top to brew. It seems a little flimsy. But overall 9 of 10.

It is easy to use, and enables me to use coffee pods as well as ground coffee. It brews coffee very fast and is ideal for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the slim machine compared to our previous large retailer coffee machine that we've had for several years, which is much bigger. This one takes up less space and is very easy to use. The water tank is in the back, which we also like. This is a very nice single cup coffee maker! The black and silver colors are very sleek looking. It's really nice to be able to use K cups and the option of ground coffee.

Best Flex Brew Model I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third model of the FlexBrew and I must say it is the best. I love the feature of the large water reservoir. I also love that it brews much faster than the last model. My husband and I both do large mugs so the bold selection is a plus. It is nice to have the option of how many ounces of water to use...especially when making chia tea or other items that require smaller amounts of water.

Efficient and useful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small apt. limited counter space. FlexBrew replaced both an older single serve and a regular brewer. Thought I would miss a programmable machine but this one starts brewing so quickly that it's not a problem. Really useful and works very well. I have never had a Hamilton Beach product that I had a problem with, and this FlexBrew is no exception.

Great Coffee Maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product about two weeks ago. I washed all the parts that the coffee goes into. Had it ready for thenext morning. I used a coffee pod and fixed me a fourteen ounce cup. I really loved the way this one is made you can use the pods or you can use coffee out of a pack. You also have a choice on the size cup you want to brew. My cup of coffee was very hot the way I like it. I love everything about this product. If your looking for a new coffee maker that uses pods or coffee in a container this is the one for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker can take K-cups for travel mugs or your coffee cup and brews both Bold and Regular it has both buttons. You can brew the size depending on your size of you coffee cup or travel mug. Sizes are 8oz., 10oz., 12oz., and 14 oz. The water reservoir can hold up to a max line of 50 oz. you do not have to fill it all the time. The light will flash when water is low. The taste of the coffee is good and you get a hot cup of coffee. Great feature. The programming and instructions on this coffee maker is easy to read. I really like that this coffee maker is compact and fits perfect on my counter.

Awesome compact coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect to love this coffee maker so much, but it has actually replaced our previous primary coffee system! It is compact, fast and easy to use and clean, fits well on the countertop, and most importantly, makes a great cup of coffee! We are really impressed and love it. I love how easily the coffee pod or coffee grounds holder and pop out and be cleaned. It makes so much less mass than the previous French press system we were using. It’s also so fast and easy to take it out and open it up. The water reservoir holds a perfect amount of water where you can make several cups of coffee, but it is not heavy or bulky or difficult to open and refill. Overall it’s just a really terrific compact coffee maker!
