Works Great !

i actually use it to dispense shampoo in my hair salon , since i had pain from pumping shampoo . It helps on not wasting product, The company said they dont recommended it for shampoo , I tried it at my own risk and is working for me . It has an elegant look for the backbar . thank you .

So far these have been great. Have two in public bathrooms so no one has to touch anything. I like the more or less soap depending on where your hand is.

No clogged exit port. Accurate distance recognition to dispense a variable amount of liquid. I use it for soap. Very nicely designed.

Elegant and powerful

Very nice sensor pumps for my dental office; my one complaint is they tend to clog (I only use SH soap/sanitizer) and have to be carefully cleaned prior to refill which can be messy.

Stopped working after little use

The stand

We love the pump but our stand turns off the pump. Very frustrating. Very expensive and it should be easy use. We have to undo the pump from stand all the time.

so far I really like it

I’ve only been using this about one month, but so far I really like it. i am using it for hand soap in the kitchen. It dispenses a decent amount when hand placed closer (location for small amount). After the soap is dispensed, there is a small amount that drips from the nozzle (I’m not sure how to explain this, I hope you can picture what I mean). After a few days, it kind of globs up & I have to wipe it off. I think it might be the soap I use. I use basic clear liquid soap that I get at Sam’s Club. Because I’m using this by the kitchen sink, I’m concerned that if any water gets near the base it might damage the product. I really need to call Simplehuman to ask about this. I LOVE the capacity of this product, it’s huge! One thing I would prefer is a clear window so I can see when the soap is getting low so I can add more before it runs out (hopefully my hands won’t be contaminated with raw chicken juices when that happens).
