Working as it should , it is doing everything a dehumidifier should. It is quiet removes moisture from the air and drains into my sump pump with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dehumidifier works great. It was easy to set up and link to my phone. The suggestion I have is that the water level float is a little high, which makes it a little hard to carry without spilling some water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my shop to help keep things cooler in the summer. It works great in a 2500 Sq. Ft. shop. it will keep the humidity down in the 45% range most of the time and with just a fan the shop is comfortable to work in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a previous one which worked for the previous summer and then coded out. This unit has worked great for 3 months with no issue. I am now having issues with the unit freezing up when running under the same high humidity conditions. it freezes up off and on after only 2 hours. Ill probably have to replace it again next year when the humidity increases in the basement again.

We'd like to help out with the dehumidifier freezing up. At temperatures below 41 degrees the evaporator coils may freeze. This could make it necessary to defrost the coils as often as once per hour. This model does have an auto defrost feature, which allows the compressor to cycle off and the fan will continue to run until the frost disappears. When the coil is defrosted, the compressor or fan will automatically restart and dehumidifying will resume.

Great Features with Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine drains directly into the floor drain so the capacity is good and runs super quiet. I'm using it in my basement with an oscillating fan to circulate air through the 3 rooms for coverage. No issues with keeping up with my humidity setting. When humidity point is reached it turns off and saves energy. The filter is easy to remove and clean. It also has a pump with tubing if you need to raise your drain to a sink.
