Just doesn't work don't really care about features

Product rating is zero. This is our third purchase and is the worst product. Doesn't work. Worked few months and now not working. I think something is wrong with this batch and needs to be looked at by manufacturer. If someone can reach out to me that would be appreciated.

Great dehumidifier

Great unit, does just what it claims. Dropped the humidity in our house by more than 10% within a few days.

Lots of Great features!

It works great so far! Using it in my sealed Encapsulated crawl space. The Wi-Fi controls will make it easy to control and monitor without going under the house continuously. It was very easy to set up the GE HQ app. Using the continuous drain connection to my sump pump pit so no need to empty the bucket. Ran it with just the bucket for first day and it filled up with water after about 15 hours. The app alerted me that it needed to be emptied! Just wanted to get a good idea of how much water it removed. Also smart dry feature works great to control the Fan Speed automatically!

Superb Humidity Control!

Very well built. Quiet running. Immediately lowered the humidity by several percentage points after about 5 minutes of operation. It certainly does what it says it will do! We bought another one, as well.

Great looking product, easy to set up wifi and settings for desired results, will update after a couple of weeks. Compared a lot of units and this had everything I was looking for including wifi to connect to my phone.

This dehumidifier works great. It has a smart feature that turns it on and off as necessary to maintain the humidity level you desire. The app is very easy to set up, and I can control the humidifier when I am traveling.

Removes lots of humidity quickly

This unit is removing water as it should. I empty the bucket about twice a day. So far the RH in the affected area has dropped from 81 to 50. My whole house has dropped from 81 to 65 so far. I am very pleased with this purchase so far.
