Poorly made product

This dehumidifier is stylish and is easy to operate/ empty; however, it only worked for two to three months before it stopped working. My husband and I followed all the tips to keep it running correctly so when it stopped collecting water, we figured it was due to the dry/ cooler air and waited for the spring. Now that the temperatures are in the 70s, it shows an error code Eb after it runs for a few minutes. It's not collecting any water and it's basically brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really appreciate the offer provided by Consumers Energy! I love the feature of having wifi connected to my phone as well as the feature of the fan turning off when not dehumidifying, thereby saving energy.

Just set it up, set up was pretty easy. With the fan on "smart dry" setting it reduced the noise quite alot from high.

Excellent GE Humidifier

We love our new GE energy saver humidifier with wifi. I holds a large amount of water and takes the moisture out of the whole house. I love that it alerts me on my phone when the bucket is full so I don't have to constantly walk over and check it. It is very quiet and the filtration is top notch.

Great “Smart” dehumidifier

We are very happy with our GE dehumidifier and its smart capabilities. Great to get the alert when it is full! Very quiet and works very efficiently. It covers our entire basement and is very sleek looking.
