E6 Error Rendors useless after 6 months.

This product is a failure. I got it six months ago and now it gets an E6 error. So far I have been unable to contact the company as to what that is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're here to lend a hand with your dehumidifier having an E6 error code. This means that most likely a refrigerant leakage has been detected. The compressor is turned to off immediately and the fan continues running for 3 minutes after it turns to off.
We recommend unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If this doesn't help, please call 866.907.1655 for further assistance.

Can’t beat free

Just got it for free with a exchange threw my electric company. Door drop off and everything. Was going to purchase sam on but was reluctant because of bad reviews about a E6 code. Its really nice and looks good. Not sure about its effectiveness or durability cause just recently got it so we’ll see how it holds up to the test of time.
