Worked Great for 2 Weeks

Worked Great for 2 Weeks then broke. Replacement unit lasted for 5 months. Currently trying to get a refund. Don't want it to be replaced, as I have no confidence that it will work for more than a few weeks to months.

The unit is louder than my other dehumidifier and exhaust is hotter than the other. The automatic on and off on the app is little cumbersome and does not always function like it should. It does move the humidly out of the room but replaces it with warm air.

Powerful machine.

This thing is powerful. It works quick and is easy to setup. My main complaint is that it is quite loud, but a perk is that you can schedule it with the app to turn off during evening hours. Overall I've been quite impressed with this machine.
