Failed after 2 mos use and needed to be replaced!

Got an E6 electrical system failure error after 2 mos of use and needed to be replaced under warranty. Complete failure of item to operate. Not good. Do NOT recommend this model!

So far so good

The dehumidifier seems to work well. Placed it in the center of large basement. Running the device the first few days left a very "plasticky" smell in the room. Subsequently the smell has dissipated.
I got the one with the WiFi connection. Connected to WiFi without issue. Have to make sure you download the "Smart HQ" app (purplish background with white house image and WiFi icon overlaid). Alerts me when bucket is full.
Bought this device to replace a different brand of dehumidifier. Hopefully this one has longevity as all dehumidifiers seem to go kaput after just a season or two of use.

Quiet and efficient

We haven’t had it long, but setup was easy. It is extremely efficient compared to the 45+ year old model we retired. I don’t think this unit will last 40+ years but nothing does anymore. It guilt and does a great job of keeping the basement dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Dehumidifier

This is a very nice unit it is replacing one that was 10 years old and recalled. This unit is much quieter and the wi-fi option is great lets me know when the bucket is full. The unit is also very attractive if you have to leave out in room it just blends in. the price was also very competitive for the functionality

Broke After Two Weeks; Replacement Also Failed

First one lasted less than 2 weeks. Replacement lasted 6 months. Very poor quality and unreliable.
