[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient machine. Have used other automatic machines in the past. This one is much more user friendly. One of the qrest things about this particular machine is the capability of using beans or ground coffee. Some of my family members prefer decaf coffee and having the ability to use ground decaf for single servings without unloading the whole beans is a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of just pushing a couple of buttons and having my morning coffee, steaming hot and ready to go! It did take a bit to get the machine adjusted the way I wanted but now it's easy to get the perfect cup.

Regarding the general operation and screen function -good
The major flaw is that even though one choses the 3 bean selection and sets the brew grinder unit to 1 ( strongest setting) I find the coffee weak in taste. I tried buying darker roast coffee but not much of a difference!
However, for an entry level espresso machine it us okay! For coffee ehnthusiastics, go for a higher end machine.
