Works great for me I make americanos. You can adjust the strength and temp the only thing that would make this machine perfect would be a ristretto function

Easy to clean which is important using a shared machine.
Doesn't take up too much can space. The plastic feels a little cheap especially in the drip tray and front panel but at the price point this is all very reasonable. They do not seem to change the function of the machine which is the most important thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient machine. Have used other automatic machines in the past. This one is much more user friendly. One of the qrest things about this particular machine is the capability of using beans or ground coffee. Some of my family members prefer decaf coffee and having the ability to use ground decaf for single servings without unloading the whole beans is a game changer.
