Missing Item

The machine performs very well overall. However, there is some confusion regarding what is included in the box. According to the Best Buy website, a grease tube was listed as an included item. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I had already removed the machine from the box and placed it in its intended location. While reviewing the instructions prior to use, I discovered that the grease tube was missing. This required me to repack the unit and return to Best Buy to exchange it for a new, unopened box. After opening the replacement, I found that the grease tube was still missing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Philips 800 is an older model, but still brews a great cup of coffee. Just add some beans and the machine does the rest. Great for the environment, the coffee grounds come out in a separate container. I like to recycle the coffee grounds!

I have been using Philips 800 for 8 months now and I love it.It is my first espresso machine and my family is using it every day for multiple drinks and we definately saved money on buying coffee. Recommend using filters, oil remover tabs and descaling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good if your lazy but does not makedark coffee even on the highest setting this is not an espresso machine just a coffee machine that can make small coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to Use, Great Coffee, Great first week!

As a coffee novice, I was initially intimidated by the idea of an automatic coffee machine. However, setting up this machine was a breeze, thanks to a helpful YouTube video. While informative, the manual with the machine didn't provide the same level of clarity.
I've been experimenting with different beverages, and I'm impressed with the quality of the espresso, cappuccino, and cafe crema I've made using coffee beans. While I haven't tried using ground coffee or dispensing hot water to make tea, I'm confident in the machine's capabilities.
One minor drawback is the time it takes for the machine to heat up. Additionally, I wasn't aware that it dispenses a small amount of hot water after being turned on or off.

Excellent machine, best coffee I've had hands down tiered of pods! This thing is best bang for your buck coffee lovers. Works excellent. Easy to clean does it all.

Solid machine for Espresso

Best bang for the buck at the same price of $399. If you spending more than other options with more features. For the most part all automatic espresso machine have same internals.
Much less work than the Breville.
I would recommend this to a friend!
