Solid machine for Espresso

Best bang for the buck at the same price of $399. If you spending more than other options with more features. For the most part all automatic espresso machine have same internals.
Much less work than the Breville.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slow start but good quality after it “warms up”

The operating instructions were vague and it produced weak coffee for the first 7-10 cups but now is working properly. It won’t work without the filter which you will need to buy.

I ended up returning this because it started leaking randomly on my counter.
Pros: it’s automatic, and for the price it seems like a bargain
Cons: the temp settings are weak, which leads to not-that-hot espresso and weak flavour. I used the same beans as I did in my cheapy Delonghi espresso machine and had much better results with that machine than I did with this one.
If you’re someone that just wants coffee in the morning and aren’t particular on the boldness, but want something they can just click 2 buttons to get started, this might be for you. But I’d probably look at the Ninja 2 in 1 first, especially at half this price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plastics everywhere

This machine is overly complicated and still can’t make a decent espresso. The parts that handle hot water and pressure are made of plastic, which doesn’t inspire confidence. I’ve opened it a few times to clean it, and I noticed bits of plastic hanging from the holes in the pressure system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Buy randomly offered me 60% off msrp after I had looked at this product on their website several times. It makes great coffee, though has a break-in period that isn’t mentioned in the very poor quality instruction manual. Also, doesn’t include a water filter, which is bewildering for a unit at this price point. Don’t expect it to make a super concentrated espresso like a high pressure professional or enthusiast machine, but does make very good coffee and is extremely easy to use.

This unit was on sale half price, the unit will not make a good espresso cup. Very watery, no foam. Tried to adjust grinds and changed coffee beans through Lavazza Crema and Lavazza Gold still no foam. My $200 dollar Nespresso would provide a nice head of foam in my cup, very unsatisfied with the unit.
