Good machine but

The machine works well and makes a good coffee. It is quite loud.
Be wary of how much bestbuy says you are saving with this product being on sale. As of January 30 it says $450 off, in December it was $600 off. Same purchase price both times. It's just an eye catching number to sell units.

Bought this for boxing day as it was a top deal and $550 off. The coffe was very light even on the strongest setting, max is 6 OZ, espresso is okay. The coffee temperature was less as well. Overall, was not satisfied with the machine and returned it today after 3 days. Will buy something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Milk frother stopped working after 2 weeks !

I loved this machine initially but after 2 weeks the milk frother isn’t working. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips offered but no success. I wish I could email Phillips for help on this issue. Difficult to find an email.

I purchased the product on January 1st for home use. The setup process was straightforward. However, I noticed that the Aqua Clea filter was missing from the original package. Fortunately, the customer service was excellent and they placed an order for me. I received the filter within two business days. The machine works well and its features are both useful and simple to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent coffee

We love this machine. We lucked out with a Boxing Day sale at Best Buy. This was to replace a very old Saeco Odea machine and I was concerned this one wouldn’t be as good. I was wrong. This one allows to add ground coffee which is nice if you want an evening decaf. If you need to add more water during the process it continues to make the coffee afterwards. The hot water dispenser is great if you just want a cup of tea. It’s deep but quite slim on the counter. It’s also easy to clean.

Great machine

I bought this machine to replace a Breville Grind Control, I wanted an automatic machine, although this is an espresso machine it works well for our needs.
I give it 5 stars because it does what it supposed to do very well and easy to use. The espresso of a high end manual machine is probably more dense and with tighter crema, however, it makes very good and consistent coffee and if you find it on sale the price is reasonable.
I've had it for a couple of weeks, with daily use of about 10 cups I haven't had any problems. It's very easy to clean
If you are an espresso geek you would probably look for a manual machine anyways, so for those who want the convenience of a cup from fresh ground all in one machine, this is an excellent option!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good if your lazy but does not makedark coffee even on the highest setting this is not an espresso machine just a coffee machine that can make small coffee.

I am not at all satisfied ! I have tried all sorts of methods to make a decent cup and have not succeeded. I get no creama and taste is watery and weak. Yes, I have tried all the different methods and nothing changes. Puck remain wet no matter what setting.
I will be returning it DEFINITELY
