[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned three Saeco machines and enjoyed them but they eventually had issues that I could not resolve. I liked Philips involvement in those machines. Now Philips has created one similar to my last Saeco and the price was right, through Seattle Coffee Gear. I understand this machine due to similarities with the Saeco models and the price was about same as my last purchased Saeco seven years ago. I appreciate Philips embracing the best features and adding new improved features that make it easier to maintain. I have enjoyed having morning lattes again! My only issue is the installation of the classic milk frothier when purging points a little over the edge of the drip tray and without looking it may spray water on the counter. I keep a towel under it just in case. All in all the new components are easier to clean after use and I love the comparable low price for a better product. Thank you Philips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The espresso machine consistently brews an espresso each and every time. The espresso and frothing feature is a lifesaver. The set up of the machine was easy to follow along. I didn't find the water filter in the box, but just purchased a set on my own. Tried the coffee beans and it didn't work as expected but wasn't sure if was due to a user error. Will try again should I find myself with grounds. I am using whole beans at the moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this espresso machine! I was really intimidated by a regular espresso machine, so this is perfect, it’s extremely easy to use. It’s been a lot of fun making various espresso, cappuccino and latte drinks. It’s definitely saving me a lot of money and I don’t have to go out to get coffee, which is a huge plus. I have been recommending it to all of my friends.

Beans are so much cheaper, not to mention my drinks are exponentially better! It looks great on my countertop too. My guests are always so impressed. I’m never going back!10 out of 10!!

The quality of manufacturing is poor with parts not fitting properly. Constantly need to reset the water tank or some other sensor is always needing attention.
Coffee produced is sub-par when compared with another brand that is similar using same beans and water.
Personally as a lover of coffee, I would not recommend and would like to return this unit.
