[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine but I don’t know why water collects in the tray. I usually place a cup where coffee comes out, when I turn it on and off. Other than that it’s a good coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The espresso machine consistently brews an espresso each and every time. The espresso and frothing feature is a lifesaver. The set up of the machine was easy to follow along. I didn't find the water filter in the box, but just purchased a set on my own. Tried the coffee beans and it didn't work as expected but wasn't sure if was due to a user error. Will try again should I find myself with grounds. I am using whole beans at the moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this espresso machine! I was really intimidated by a regular espresso machine, so this is perfect, it’s extremely easy to use. It’s been a lot of fun making various espresso, cappuccino and latte drinks. It’s definitely saving me a lot of money and I don’t have to go out to get coffee, which is a huge plus. I have been recommending it to all of my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg!! I love this machine!!! We used to use pods and cups….. but NOW?! We have arrived!! Beans are so much cheaper, not to mention my drinks are exponentially better! It looks great on my countertop too. My guests are always so impressed. I’m never going back!10 out of 10!!

The quality of manufacturing is poor with parts not fitting properly. Constantly need to reset the water tank or some other sensor is always needing attention. Coffee produced is sub-par when compared with another brand that is similar using same beans and water. Personally as a lover of coffee, I would not recommend and would like to return this unit.
