I am not at all satisfied ! I have tried all sorts of methods to make a decent cup and have not succeeded. I get no creama and taste is watery and weak. Yes, I have tried all the different methods and nothing changes. Puck remain wet no matter what setting.
I will be returning it DEFINITELY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit was on sale half price, the unit will not make a good espresso cup. Very watery, no foam. Tried to adjust grinds and changed coffee beans through Lavazza Crema and Lavazza Gold still no foam. My $200 dollar Nespresso would provide a nice head of foam in my cup, very unsatisfied with the unit.

Unfortunately the machine wasn’t working properly. The grinding time was too short,therefore not good coffee didn’t make the puck was just a slamy coffee taste of tea. I tried all the advice from the manufacturer but you can’t adjust the grind amount and pressure. Not best experience with this one owning other Saeco and Philips machines. Trusted company. Therefore was returned .

Nowhere in the ad said this was an open box! Taking pictures as I proceed to see what other issues there may be. No wonder the price offered was so low!! Buyer beware.

Very watery and underwhelming. Cannot make proper

At least I didnt pay full price for this machine and got it at $299 boxing day. This machine is so underwhelming. There is no way to make a serious Latte. The steam want takes 20+ secs to warm up. The pressure doesn't allow the milk to swirl and it adds alot of water to the milk.
Espresso is very watery. Unecessary Water drips before extraction. Extraction very watery despite reducing water in settings.
The machine is quite slow and low and there are very little instructions.
The Aquacleaner is not included. No where does it mention that. You have to buy separately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall it is ok. Makes decent espressos / coffees. It need strong coffee then just hit the espresso button once more. However the sensors are not so great. when it’s full of water, it’d sometimes tell you it’s empty. When there’s beans, it’d say to add beans; etc. The filter is over priced; I just go without. The water in my city is just fine. Otherwise the running cost is low. A bit of cleaning and oiling is needed very occasionally.

I am so happy with my purchase. You definitely need to read the manual and follow the directions for setting up. It took a few espresso shots to work in the machine, but now each cup has lots of crema and tastes amazing. You can adjust each cup's temperature, strength, and amount of water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine performs very well overall. However, there is some confusion regarding what is included in the box. According to the Best Buy website, a grease tube was listed as an included item. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I had already removed the machine from the box and placed it in its intended location. While reviewing the instructions prior to use, I discovered that the grease tube was missing. This required me to repack the unit and return to Best Buy to exchange it for a new, unopened box. After opening the replacement, I found that the grease tube was still missing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
