[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kindle-Amazon - Kindle Scribe is by far the best new thing in technology. I am in love with my new kindle scribe. I normally don't jump right out and buy the newest trend , mainly because I like to see how others feel about new products but because I love the kindles I couldn't resist. This thing is so freaking cool. I love being able to keep my notes right there on the scribe. The quality is amazing, it's big enough that I have no issues reading and light as a feather.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Awesome Amazon Kindle Scribe is a blessing! Not only am I able to get more books easily but now I’m able to get more books to read to my grandchildren at bedtime from my own home and feel closer to them since they don’t live near us. They get excited when we read to them and now we are able todo it more often because of the convenience of having choices at our fingertips plus able to make print bigger. And with scribe can make notes of their favorite parts. Great device.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first kindle ever and I really like it. This is a great first gen kindle. Overall this is very easy to learn how to use and operate. The screen is bright enough to be able to read in the dark without straining my eyes. While it would be great to write on the pages with notes, you can make post it notes to house your thoughts and ideas. The battery life lasts a very very long time and charges pretty quickly as well. My favorite part is being able to write on pdfs. This is definitely a great product.

Great features but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Kindle for a few weeks now after some hesitancy since I love having a physical book and am pleasantly surprised with the product. It’s simple enough that reading a book doesn’t detract from the content but also has useful features like a dictionary, translator, and the ability to take notes right at your fingertips.
The pen works extremely well and I love that it comes with extra tips to change out. It’s crazy to write on it and see your handwriting directly on the screen! It’s sensitive enough to capture all of the nuances of your writing and works exceptionally well with cursive. I’ve played with the features for a bit and I don’t see the ability to write and have it change to text, however. The pen is magnetic and easily attaches to the side but I find it gets in the way when reading and I don’t love to keep it on.
The interface is slightly clunky and I would prefer to have a button to bring up the screen but after some tapping your options show up and I like that it keeps what you’ve done most recently as the center icon to select.
My favorite feature is the kindle library and that it’s sinker directly to Amazon. I love that you have the ability to borrow books that are included with your prime membership for free! Given the cost of books these days, I will be reading much more than before. I also love that I can download books for my book club with the touch of a button and at a lower cost. I never know what to do with books I don’t want to keep after reading so I also love that I can read without adding clutter to my house! The battery lasts a LONG time as well.
The biggest issue I see with this Kindle is that it’s heavy. It’s a nice large size with great features but not intended to be held for a long time. Someone who has trouble with their hands or keeping a grip on things for a long period of time would not be able to use this without some sort of device to prop it up. This is the biggest reason it has lost a star from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my kindle scribe. It was very easy to set up and get books to. I love that the books are nice crystal clear writing. I also love that while I'm reading I can save notes on the page I'm reading. This is perfect for research papers. The charge on my kindle lasts quite some time before it needs to be charged again.

Best kindle ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a kindle for several years.But nothing like this one. I must say I am so impressed. Not only can I read but this screen is massive to me. It's a 10.2 and I can adjust the color as I see fit. I can also set the kindle to automatically go to a warm light for reading at nite before bed.Which is great because it's not to harsh on your eyes before trying to go to sleep.
I was abke to download all my books from my old kindle to this new one. It's very easy .
I have access to many many books from the kindle store.
This is so special because I am able to make hand written notes.
Also to import and mark up pdf files.
There is still a lot that I have to learn about what all I can and will be able to do. But I am so excited to learn.
Comes with a long battery life as well.
The pen is a cool feature that allows writing and erasing and attaches and stays on the side of the kindle by a magnet. I can charge my kindle when I need to with the USB C charging cable that comes in the box.
I almost forgot also has five new pen tips for when it's time to replace them.
All and all I am thrilled with this product.
