Error code E4 after only 3 weeks of use

The machine isn't working anymore, it's showing an E4 error code and I can't get it to work. There is nothing online on how to fix this. I've been following the instructions on how to use it without a problem and out of nowhere it stopped working

I love this sterilizer- it has been in near constant use since I gave birth to my daughter a few months ago. I love how fast it works, how many bottles it can fit inside, and I love how it not only sterilizes the bottles but dries them as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!
