The sterilizing setting quit working

Works great for drying and truly does dry within 10 minutes! The problem is the sterilizer mode started to smell very strongly of chemical and burning plastic. I have read other reviews of this specific dryer doing the same thing as it gets very hot and overheats after a few cycles

Thank you for your feedback on the Superfast Sterilizer Dryer! We're glad to hear it dries efficiently, but we're concerned about the burning smell. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Normally burning smell is caused by something foreign being left on the heating plate (Formula, milk, or even minerals from hard water). We recommend contacting customer support for assistance to ensure the heating plate is free and clear of any foreign substances.

This product lives up to its name. It definitely sterilizers and dries my baby's bottles very fast. I would say it takes less than 10 minutes for the whole process. Makes my life so much easier!

great when it works

it stopped working shortly after purchase. we have been using this 8 times a day and suddenly stopped working within a month

The 10 min sterilizer is sooo helpful with getting bottles sterilized and dry in 10 mins. Since it's so quick I don't feel like we need to have a ton of extra bottles. It's easy to stay up on keeping them clean
