It makes a Pitching Loud sound When i Connect it to power source and all the colors on the button light up ( it has Water in it )

Incredible until it breaks

I bought my first machine in February and it gets used a lot as I exclusively pump. We only used distilled water and followed all the directions. 3rd week we started smelling burning and a couple of days later the sterilizer portion broke. I got a replacement via the warranty and have had this one for 4 weeks and just started smelling the burning again.... while the machine works it is incredible. But should t break so easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Issues With Heating Plate

I’ve had it a month and the heating plate has already eroded and it leaves weird residue on the machine. Unsure if mine is just defective, or what the deal is but it doesn’t seem to be safe
