Highly disapointed with this product. After a month of use it started smelling like burnt plastic - I thought maybe I just needed to descale it but after a thorough cleaning I realized it's actually the inside of the machine melting as many other people mentioned. So I was giving my baby bottles that had burnt plastic air blowing on them. The last time I used it there was smoke coming out of the back of the machine and my entire house smelled awful. Upon calling customer service although the rep was super nice I was told I needed to take a video of the machine malfunctioning to get a refund. If you look at other reviews with this same issue some mention their machine literally catching on fire. I found it really frustrating that I needed to run the machine again to get the warranty. I would absolutely not recommend this product and suggest trying something else. I'm surprised they're still allowed to sell this with all of the negative reviews and the potential health hazard this could pose to a baby.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brielle After 6 Weeks Of Use

Loved the device when it works, but I have to descale every 5 days rather than the recommended 3 weeks to prevent any issues. Unfortunately, the plate still broke even though we took great care of the device and the water no longer boils anymore to steam the bottles. It also started to have a burnt rubbery smell when going through the last few cycle s. Now I’m hoping Baby Brezza replaces the device as now it’s completely broken and my baby is only 6 weeks old.

Stopped Working In One Month

Stopped working in one month. Great when it did work. The power button lights up when pressed but nothing happens. I think the motor burnt out or a fuse blew.

I loved this machine but am very disappointed as it started to smell like burnt plastic when using the sterilizing setting within the first 2 months of use. If it wasn’t doing this, I would LOVE the product.

Amazing Until it Breaks

Great product! An actual lifesaver actually until it breaks. In with case you have to go weeks without one for them to send you a new one, which may not seem like a big deal except you realize you have dozens of bottles, pumps, and misc items you need to sterilize for your baby. Just make sure you have a backup in case it breaks
