I Liked It Until It Stopped Working

The machine was quick and easy to use, however the drying feature stopped working after about 2-3 weeks. When it did work, all of the items I put in to sterilize dried.

Burning Smell

Worked so well for the first 2 months. Unfortunately it started to smell like items were burning. Turns out wires were burning up.

Stopped Working Within First Month

We loved this and use it multiple times a day because we just brought our twins home from the hospital. As of this morning it has stopped sterilizing. The drying mode still works. We received this at our shower so we do not have proof of purchase.

Great Until It Stopped Working

4 weeks after first use - turned it on and started smelling like burnt plastic. Looked online and this appears to be a common issue with this model.

Motor last a month

We used it daily and It worked amazingly great! Last week we could smell burn coming from it during a sterilizing cycle. We rushed to unplugged it, checked everything inside all our pump parts and bottles smelled horrible. We dried and cleaned everything and even changed outlet just in case and gave it a day rest thinking maybe it is not made to be used daily (6 times a day every 4hours). We tried it again and the burning smell was coming from the motor side. We are thankful it never caught on fire if we had left the room.
