It was great until it stop working in 10 days, really enjoying it and now really dissatisfied

Great sterilizer and dryer. We think using the dryer feature 2 more cycles actually dries everything out after sterilizing.

Strong Plastic Smell When Done

I love how fast it works and sanitizes. There is a very strong overwhelming smell of burning plastic. I’ve checking my machine top to bottom and can not find why or where the smell is coming from.

Faulty Heating Unit

Heating unit stopped working after a week, despite using distilled water, descaling, and following other troubleshooting instructions. When it WAS working, the product was amazing: super fast drying times and tons of space for bottles and accessories.

Burning smell

Started using the product and it worked great. I’ve only used distilled water and only have had the product for about 2 weeks. I’m getting strong rubber/plastic burning odor that has me worried about safety for my kids so thinking of returning it and getting different brand.

Love The Speed!

Takes up quite a bit of counter space but well worth it. Only issue is my first one died out and took a while for a replacement to come but when they work they work great !
