Love It But It Started To Horribly Smell Like Burnt Plastic!

Everything was perfect and great about this product. I made pumping and cleaning my parts everything so much easier until it started smelling like burnt plastic.

Potential Fire Hazard

I have been a huge fan of Baby Brezza ever since I bought my first product, the Formula pro advanced, from them. They have impressed me with every product that I buy from them except this one... The idea and convenience of this machine is absolutely Fantastic. I loved the machine when it was out of the box and like that I can sterilize bottles in 10 minutes. The machine works, but I believe that it may be a fire hazard after smelling and witnessing the smoke coming from the circuitry from within. I was able to contact customer service and they sent me a new one very quickly and were very helpful. I have contacting them again because my second machine is starting to smell like an electrical fire again. I would not recommend this particular product from Brezza, But I will remain a loyal customer, because I feel that the quality displayed by this machine is not a reflection of Baby Brezza's quality standards.

Motor Burnt

I’ve had this device for two weeks and all of a sudden smoke and a burnt smell came from the back of the device. I want a resolution to this problem now that I am without a properly functioning device!

Worked Great for about 6 weeks - Then Fire

We received this for our baby registry and began using it about 6 weeks ago. Yesterday While running a cycle of bottles the unit began to smell REALLY awful & smoke (not steam) began pouring out of the rear of the machine. I could see it glowing inside through the vent fins. I've reached out to support & waiting to hear. Item# BRZ0083 5322 Lot# TY-004.
The product was great until the issue. Hopefully BabyBrezza support will assist me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Electric and burning plastic smell

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to go all old school and boil all my babies bottle and accessories in a big ol’ pot. It was very time consuming having to wash boil and dry all the parts but now with the baby brezza I save so much time! It sanitizes and drys everything super fast. Sometimes you do have to set the dryer again so it gets all the water but even then it’s less time than if I were to wash, boil, and dry them all by hand. I like this even better than the sanitizer settings on the dishwasher because now I don’t have to worry about all the small pumping accessories falling off the top rack. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby accessory sterilizer.

Must have sterilizer for parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with my new Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer! I was really lucky to be chosen by the Stellar Product Testing Panel to try this new sterilizer. I have an 8 month old baby who is exclusively bottle fed, so this sterilizer really comes in handy. This product is large, so I am able to wash every bottle at the end of the night and put them all in the sterilizer at once. It is so convenient to just start it once and be done with it. Gone are the days of boiling water or having to do multiple sterilizing sessions. The best part is that this sterilizer also works as a dryer. I don’t need to have a tacky drying rack on my counter anymore! It dries my baby’s bottles immediately after sterilizing, but even more, it dries my toddler’s sippy cups every day when I unload the dishwasher.
It is so important to have a product that I can rely to sterilize my baby’s bottles (and pacifiers and teethers, too!) safely and easily. This really is a must have product for any new busy parent.

Easy and fast sterilizer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how much I love this sterilizer. I didn't think I needed one, usually I just boil the bottles and such, but this is much safer than a big boiling pot, and is SOOO easy I'm in love. No complicated parts or settings, it's as simple as Steralize/Dry/Both. One big button selector to pick which you want. Set it and forget it, in minutes they're all done! The trays held my bottles and pacifiers and lids. It's easy to clean and the fill cup is integrated. Highly recommend. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel to review but I really do love it.
